"Super easy to find what I need"
Tbh, I like that the stuff I’m looking for is usually in stock. The site is easy to check, so I’m not wasting time clicking around forever lol. It’s simple, straightforward, and works fine for me.

"Easy to use, but I felt a bit ignored"
Ordering the flea meds was easy enough, and the instructions made the dosing simple. The site was a little slow for me, which was frustrating, and I kind of felt ignored when I didn’t get much help or feedback about it. Overall, it worked fine, but the experience could’ve been better

The site was straightforward to use, and delivery went smoothly. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option I’ve ever seen, but based on the usual pattern I’ve noticed with vet pricing, it still felt like good value overall. I’d use them again if the prices stay around the same

I first heard about Elanco from my vet, not from some ad or random search. She said she’s used their products for years and walked me through what made sense for my dog in a really down-to-earth way. I guess that just made me feel better, because if she trusts it and sees it working with other pets, then... yeah. Ordering from elanco.com was easy too. The site was simple, I found what I needed fast, and there weren’t any issues. I’d use them again

"Felt safe using it for my dog"
I used their flea meds for my dog and everything went smoothly. No weird side effects, no fuss, and it seemed to do the job just fine. If you’re nervous about trying something new for fleas, I’d say this one gave me peace of mind. I used it exactly as directed, but unfortunately it didn’t seem to help my dog at all. I’ve had better results with a couple of similar products from other brands, so this one just didn’t measure up for us.

"My dog is finally doing better"
Our vet recommended Elanco for my older dog, mainly because of fleas and some general health stuff, so I gave it a try. I’m not the most patient person when it comes to waiting for things to work, but quickly I noticed he was scratching a lot less and seemed way more comfortable around the house. Ordering was easy, no annoying problems, which I appreciated. i just wanted him to feel better, and he does.

"Dosage info could’ve been clearer"
Well... the site looked fine overall, but I got a bit stuck when trying to figure out the right dosage for my dog’s weight. It wasn’t as clear as I expected, and I ended up having to click around and search more than I wanted to. I just wish it had been easier to understand before placing an order...
